- Strictly follow the prescribed file name format for easy retrieval of documents.
- Unclear, not properly scanned, and incomplete attachments will NOT be processed.
- Any misrepresentation will cause automatic disqualification from the position being applied for.
- A confirmation email shall be sent to your registered email address as proof of submission.
